It's one of those stories that will stick with me for the rest of my life, in large part because of Niffenegger's incredibly crafted writing.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13832782604769370695noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3914043695815320451.post-42332630548227309292010-08-07T09:53:25.333-05:002010-08-07T09:53:25.333-05:00Kathy,

I just felt like there was something missing, not knowing the reason for his time travel. I thought it would have been very powerful if he ended up saving someone’s life, or altered another’s in a positive way because of it. Maybe I missed something.

The story reminded me a bit of a book coauthored with James Patterson, SUNDAYS AT TIFFANY. Maybe in a way it was the same point that he saves the little girl from her lonely existence of her parent’s world. That was clear in SUNDAYS AT TIFFANY, which I thought a wonderful “romantic fairy tale”.

Blessings,

KymKym McNabneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17027367312128788703noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3914043695815320451.post-58957654188392953712010-08-06T13:03:36.172-05:002010-08-06T13:03:36.172-05:00This was a fascinating movie for me. I love Rachel McAdams, a fan of hers since The Notebook. I'm waiting to see this as a reduced price DVD.kathy taylorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04168180633396307413noreply@blogger.com
